We are currently seeking a Legal Service Coordinator for Ceuta. Key responsibilities include: * Organization and coordination of the legal service. * Coordination with other services (psychological support, social work, healthcare, etc.). * Organization of team meetings. * Participation in coordination meetings with coordinators of other services. * Supervision of legal service tasks (workshops, identification of vulnerabilities and international protection, drafting documents, case follow-up). * Technical training and advisory support on legal matters related to migrant assistance and international protection applicants. * Communication, follow-up, and coordination with public administrations and official bodies regarding service activities. * Contribution to proposing and designing tools, materials, and identifying needs and areas for improvement. * Execution of technical management and justification activities linked to the program. * Supervision of data and systematization of information. * Preparation of reports. * Collaboration in other complementary user assistance or intervention tasks, as needed. * Other actions necessary for the development of the service. Offered: Temporary contract until 31/12/2026\. Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. Salary: €29\.900 gross per year. **Profile:** Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Law. Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Active membership in a Bar Association. Specialized training and experience in international protection and foreigner law. Valuable: Specialized training or experience in children’s rights or human trafficking. Experience in team coordination. Languages: English, French, or Arabic. Proficiency in office software and Microsoft 365 environment. Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Initiative and proactivity. Effective communication and teamwork. Conflict resolution and management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
