We might have the perfect opportunity for you! **Ocibar**, an established company with over 25 years of experience in the nautical sector, is seeking to hire a **RECEPTIONIST** for our beloved **Port Adriano, Mallorca.** You will work in a unique setting, surrounded by a great atmosphere and under conditions designed to ensure you also enjoy your day-to-day life. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Management of reservations for vessel berths at the port. * Check-in and check-out procedures, documentation, daily invoicing, and collections. * Individual cash handling. * Access control and supplier management. * Periodic invoicing (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and invoicing of supplier services to customers. * Creation and management of long-term mooring/lease contracts and rentals. * Regular customer contact via email and telephone. **What do you need to join this project?** * We operate in a highly international environment, so fluency in English is essential. If you speak any other languages, we’d love to know! * You’ll be using Microsoft Office daily, so proficiency with its tools is important. * Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
