Your **responsibilities** will include the following tasks: * Answering telephone calls. * Sorting and distributing mail and parcels. * Maintaining company applications under the department’s responsibility. * Other customer service and reception-related tasks under the department’s responsibility. * Receiving and accrediting visitors and clients. **Job Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Requirements** **Education:** * Any training related to hospitality or customer service will be valued (e.g., vocational training programs and/or university degrees in tourism, etc.) **Experience:** * Prior experience in reception or customer service will be highly valued. * We seek a customer-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. * A proactive person with a team-oriented mindset. **Languages:** * Fluent Spanish, Catalan, and English are required. * Knowledge of additional languages will be highly valued. **Additional Information** **WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS?** Here is your roadmap: * 1st: Submit your application and complete the initial questions. * 2nd: You will have an initial contact with HR or complete a pre-recorded interview at your convenience. * 3rd: You will interview with the team you will join and complete English and behavioral assessments. * 4th: Receive your offer and begin your onboarding process. **Let’s start this adventure!** Applus IDIADA is committed to **equality,** **diversity** and **inclusion**.
