In Picassent, a company in the cosmetic sector, product and process quality assurance is required. The candidate will conduct periodic inspections—from raw material receipt through to final product—document any incidents, and collaborate with production to analyze root causes and implement improvements. Key responsibilities include environmental and surface microbiological testing, verification of physico-chemical parameters, sample library management, review of manufacturing orders, and generation of certificates. The candidate will also participate in internal and external audits and support staff training.
The work environment promotes continuous improvement and attention to detail. Maintaining up-to-date quality control documentation is required. Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Analytical Laboratory and Quality Control. At least 1 year of prior experience in quality control, preferably in the cosmetics industry. Knowledge of inspection methodologies and quality control tools, analytical ability, attention to detail, effective communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency in basic computer tools and quality management systems are required. A proactive, responsible, and continuously improvement-oriented attitude is highly valued.
