Lead improvement plans for process performance **Job Description** =================== **Job Specifications:** * Develop and implement procedures, work instructions, and indicators to achieve established quality criteria. * Enhance culture, processes, and review methods. * Train organization personnel on procedures and tools related to operational control and environmental management. * Support in the development of internal and external audits. * Assist in defining and monitoring compliance with objectives. * Aid in identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities. * Monitor and evaluate indicators. * Analyze customer complaints and claims, propose actions, and follow up. * Supervise compliance with quality and environmental plans for the projects we undertake. * Manage generated waste. * Analyze and monitor incidents and non\-conforming products. * Identify and evaluate applicable legal requirements. * Analyze process performance and lead improvement plans related to operational control and environmental management. * Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities (intranet, campaigns, quizzes, meetings, etc.) and sessions for all employees. **Requirements:** * Desirable some previous experience in implementing quality and environmental systems. * Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management. Desirable training in quality management (ISO 9001\) and Environment (ISO 14001\) * Knowledge of waste manager and applicable regulations. * Change management skills. * If contracted in Spain: Non\-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE\- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
