Join our team as a Security Project Manager and lead the planning and oversight of electronic security projects—ensuring quality, innovation, and an exceptional experience for our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Define and manage project scope, budget, and work scheduling
* Manage installation and maintenance projects for security systems—from planning through final delivery—ensuring quality and on-time completion
* Coordinate customer services and maintenance contracts, meeting agreed-upon standards and delivering service quality that exceeds customer expectations
* Plan and supervise technical resources and teams (internal and external), controlling costs and optimizing processes
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams—managing incidents, risks, and changes
* Prepare technical reports and documentation, driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulations and standards
* Coordinate and supervise engineering firms, installers, integrators, suppliers, and subcontractors—ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
* Generate and deliver operational project documentation, network diagrams, equipment lists, as\-builts, and operation manuals
* Report progress to management and clients; manage expectations and maintain clear, proactive communication
* Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement in future installations.
**What Profile Are We Looking For?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related higher education in Industrial fields
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or similar roles
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile)
* Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, etc.
* Basic financial knowledge (budgeting, ROI, cost tracking)
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
* Proven track record managing projects end-to-end (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
