We are seeking to hire a Site Manager to lead and coordinate building projects, actively participating in the planning, control, and execution of works while ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and cost targets. **What profile are we looking for?** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Site Manager / Architect / Technician. * Junior candidates with strong learning capacity, commitment, and a growth-oriented mindset will also be considered. * Proficiency in Presto or Arquímedes. * Advanced AutoCAD skills. * Familiarity with the CYPE environment. * Strong organizational, planning, and incident-resolution capabilities. * Ability to coordinate teams and interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * English proficiency is desirable. * Residence in Murcia or surrounding areas. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Planning, coordination, and supervision of construction works. * Cost control, certifications, measurements, and budgeting. * Monitoring work execution and deadline compliance. * Coordination of suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. * Supervision of quality and safety standard compliance. * Technical and documentation management of projects. * Incident resolution and technical support throughout all project phases. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and stable project assignment. * Annual gross salary between €40,000 and €43,000, negotiable based on experience and professional contribution. * Company vehicle for job-related duties. * Flexible working hours adapted to role requirements. * Option to combine on-site work with some remote work flexibility. * Opportunity to join a growing company with interesting projects. * Professional development plan with real prospects for advancement into higher-responsibility roles (e.g., Group Manager and other managerial positions).
