At **Grenergy**, we are looking for a **Project Manager** with strategic vision and solid technical experience to coordinate investments and operations in large-scale photovoltaic and energy storage projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring business plan compliance—from planning through financial closing—in a highly collaborative, results-oriented environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, reporting to the Head of Department, the coordination and supervision of investment and operation phases for large-scale photovoltaic and energy storage projects. * Strategically manage projects to ensure business plan adherence and project scheduling. * Support the backlog phase by developing investment and operational budgets for projects, as well as revenue forecasting. * Collaborate in reviewing and finalizing Project Documents (DEVA, EPC, AM, O\&M), including their management. * Review construction progress and construction reports for submission and discussion with technical advisors. * Serve as the point of contact with operational stakeholders (banking advisors, financial institutions, off\-takers) during investment and operation phases. * Support financial closing processes and M\&A operations related to managed projects. **Position Requirements** * Professional with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, holding a degree in Civil Engineering—preferably Electrical Engineering. * An MBA or other complementary qualifications related to structured/project finance are valued. * The candidate’s professional experience must relate to investment projects—preferably in renewable energy—with relevance in one or more of the following areas: * Experience executing EPC or BOS contracts for renewable energy projects. * Experience supervising, providing technical direction for, or managing construction under EPC or BOS contracts for renewable energy projects. * Conducting technical due diligence for financial institutions and investment funds—both for project financing and post-financing monitoring. * Providing technical Asset Management services, especially during the investment stage. * Preparing technical\-economic feasibility studies for renewable energy or transmission/transformation projects. * Experience in industrial project concession departments—e.g., power lines—both in business development and bid preparation, as well as in project management. * English proficiency level C1. * German language skills are valued. * Technical knowledge of renewable energy plants and their key performance parameters and drivers. Knowledge of energy storage systems is desirable. * General understanding of structured/project finance (advanced financial modeling skills are not required). * Demonstrated potential for team leadership and internal relationship management, given the department’s cross-functional nature and coordination with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, etc.
