Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage rural development projects from planning through final delivery: preparation of technical proposals, resource and timeline planning, supervision of work, and economic and technical monitoring of each project. The candidate will maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and participate in preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
Full-time position, hybrid mode, based in León, with the possibility of partial telework.
Requirements
* University degree in environmental sciences, geography, business administration and management (ADE), biology, forestry engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience in project management and coordination, preferably in environmental restoration or applied research.
* Ability to plan tasks, manage multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate resources and timelines.
* Strong communication skills, ability to draft technical reports, and direct interaction with clients and collaborators.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as project management software; knowledge of GIS/SIG is desirable.
* Capacity for autonomous work, results orientation, and commitment to sustainability.
* Availability for occasional travel to field sites or client locations.
Salary: €30,615.51–€40,606.28 per year
