




Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Project Manager to lead projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, coordinate teams, and ensure product viability. Key Highlights: 1. Drive product and process improvements to optimize costs and performance **Responsibilities** * Manage automotive projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance. * Coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams throughout all project phases. * Analyze customer technical specifications and ensure product feasibility. * Track project progress and report status, risks, and actions to the steering committee. * Coordinate industrialization, validation, and sample submission to customers. * Manage technical relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Participate in risk analysis, change management, and resolution of quality issues. * Drive product and process improvements to optimize costs and performance. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive sector. * Experience managing projects for Tier 1 customers. * Knowledge of industrial processes related to metal components. * Experience in quality management, risk analysis, and FMEA methodologies. * Leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills. * Minimum English proficiency level B2. * Proactive profile, results-oriented, and capable of customer-facing communication.
