We are currently seeking a candidate experienced in technology project governance and oversight, capable of ensuring proper control, coordination, and achievement of project objectives while working with diverse teams and stakeholders. **Responsibilities** * Define and ensure adherence to the project governance model. * Monitor the project plan, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. * Coordinate and monitor the various teams involved in the migration. * Identify, manage, and escalate risks, incidents, and blockers. * Prepare and maintain progress reports and dashboards. * Schedule and coordinate progress meetings and project steering committees. * Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and other key project indicators. * Ensure effective communication among technical teams, project leads, and stakeholders. * Support decision-making with up-to-date information on project status. * Ensure compliance with established Project Governance processes and standards. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in Project Governance, PMO, Project Manager, or similar roles within technology projects. * Knowledge of **integration technologies such as TIBCO, Apache Camel**, or other similar solutions. * Experience in technology migration projects. * Experience in governance, monitoring, and control of IT projects. * Experience managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. * Ability to track risks, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs. * Experience preparing executive reporting and project documentation. * Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and technology transformation projects. **What we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * 100% remote work. * Salary range: €40,000 – €50,000 gross/year (depending on experience and expertise). * Stable and long-term project. * High-priority strategic technology project. * Opportunity to join a professional and technology-driven environment.
