Description

At VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action, we are seeking a Project Coordinator for the Care Network Program, a program aimed at caregivers of dependent family members, combining training and mutual support groups, individualized accompaniment, and network-based work. Management and supervision of work teams. Network-based collaboration and institutional coordination. Technical supervision of team interventions. Co-creation and supervision of training materials and methodology. Drafting of reports and final report. Continuous evaluation of indicators Experience: 1 year. Experience coordinating work teams.* Experience in the fields of gender and/or care. * Bachelor's degree in Social Education * Bachelor's degree in Psychology * Bachelor's degree in Social Work * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) Competencies / knowledge: MANDATORY: University degree in the social field. Experience coordinating work teams. Experience in the fields of gender and/or care. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in communication techniques and interviewing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Full command of Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
