The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising production shifts, ensuring smooth operation of processes and efficient team organization. Prior experience in industrial team management is required. Main responsibilities include coordinating and supervising shift operations together with team leaders, organizing and assigning staff tasks according to production needs, collaborating with management, human resources, and production departments to ensure proper planning, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations and established procedures. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with potential for indefinite employment, as well as a competitive salary. * Prior experience coordinating or leading work teams is mandatory. * Experience in food industry companies is desirable. * Availability to work flexible hours. * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and incident resolution capability. * Experience working under IFS standards will be valued.
