Work is carried out following strict safety and quality protocols, in an organized space equipped with specialized machinery. The employment is temporary and full-time, offering the opportunity to develop practical skills in a real industrial setting. Versatility and eagerness to learn within a team focused on maintaining a consistent and efficient workflow are highly valued. Prior experience in industrial environments, factories, or warehouses is required and viewed positively. It is mandatory to reside in the Alt Penedès region or have access to a personal vehicle for commuting to industrial estates in the area. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, dynamism, commitment, and flexibility to adapt to various work shifts. The minimum educational requirement is primary education.
