We are seeking machinery operators for our factory in San Antonio de Benagéber \- Valencia. We specialize in blending and packaging various types of substrates, such as coconut fiber, peat, perlite, etc. We are looking for a person willing to work rotating shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00\. Factory experience and general mechanical knowledge are required. A forklift operator license is mandatory, as the role involves both transferring raw materials and operating machinery. It is important to have good interpersonal skills since teamwork is essential, be flexible regarding job assignments, be eager to grow with the company, and above all, maintain an excellent attitude. Minimum requirements: \- Forklift operator license \- Experience in manufacturing companies, production operations, or similar roles.
