Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a procurement technician to manage purchasing and claims at its production plant in Sesma, integrating into the Procurement team. Key Points: 1. Integration into the Procurement Department team 2. Management of procurement and claims for the production plant 3. Resolution of conflicts with suppliers **Ingeteam**, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire a **Procurement Technician** for its **Sesma** facilities. The selected candidate will join the Procurement Department team with the objective of **managing procurement and claims for the Sesma production plant.** Key responsibilities include: **Procurement Management** * Sending and tracking delivery schedules to various suppliers; placing, tracking, and archiving purchase orders. * Preparing reports upon request from the Procurement Manager or Department Head. * Reporting incidents, as well as topics and matters of interest, to the Procurement Manager. * Knowledge of supplier processes. * Monitoring negotiated prices via the relevant application. **Claims Management** * Filing claims for material shortages based on material delivery schedules; filing claims for non-conforming delivery notes per the above. * Resolving conflicts with suppliers. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Industrial Organization. * English: B2\. * Experience: Minimum one year of industrial experience preferred. * IT Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP knowledge. * Competencies: Autonomy and independence; problem-solving skills; flexibility and solution-oriented mindset; change management capability; teamwork and collaboration; communication skills. * Additional Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing and SAP knowledge preferred.
