We are currently immersed in improving and optimizing our factories and are seeking to incorporate a **Process Engineer** into our Operations Department to help drive our efficiency and achieve operational excellence. **Position Mission:** As a Process Engineer, your strategic goal and greatest challenge will be to reduce the *lead time* of manufacturing in a complex industrial environment. To achieve this, your central focus will be the continuous improvement of workflows and the progressive automation of our operations, transforming and simplifying current processes and operational variability to make them exceptionally efficient. **Main Responsibilities:** * Drive and design automation projects, transforming manual processes into automated operations. * Actively participate in the implementation of new digitalization systems, supported by the integration of MES and ERP systems. * Manage and reduce WIP (Work In Progress) levels, assuming full identification and management of bottlenecks and losses. * Serve as the plant’s reference expert for the intensive and proficient application of Lean Manufacturing philosophy and tools. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering / Industrial Organization Engineering specialization preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–4 years of solid experience as a Process Engineer in industrial environments. * **Technical Knowledge:** Officially certified Lean training (Lean Green Belt / Lean Practitioner / Lean Expert or equivalent), with proven practical application experience ensuring mastery of Lean Manufacturing, process automation, and methods and time studies. Proficiency in Excel and CAD is mandatory. * **Technological Curiosity:** Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application to improve plant efficiency. * **Competencies:** Autonomy, strong analytical ability, and demonstrated capability to implement process improvements in environments with high resistance to change—interacting effectively with operators, middle management, and department heads, embedding continuous improvement as a standard plant practice.
