Are you ready to grow your career with us? * Compensation based on merit and competencies. * Stable incorporation into a sector-leading company. * Private health insurance. * Flexible compensation. * You will join a pleasant working environment with a committed team whose core values are integrity, collaboration, courage, and excellence. **We are waiting for you!** **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** Execute and monitor material transportation planning across various business lines. **Main duties and responsibilities:** * Receive transport requests via email for Barcelona last-mile deliveries (new\-short\-PV\-used). * Receive transport requests via email for national shipments (new\-short\-used…). * Plan last-mile routes in Barcelona. * Send orders to suppliers. * Print delivery notes (except NT) and transport documents for carriers. * Receive delivery notes and resolve route-related incidents. * Prepare transport documentation. * Sign carrier expense sheets according to rates and close transport operations. * Plan peninsula-wide distribution routes based on loading days and special requirements. * Send orders to suppliers. * Receive carrier data via email and record it in the transport system. * Prepare quotations if rate information is available. * Create Excel-based transport documents for regional offices. * Prepare transport documentation. * Deliver delivery notes to warehouse staff through the responsible person for machine preparation. * Print destination-specific labels. * Receive and verify invoices. * Verify receipt of transport delivery documents required alongside invoices; confirm completeness and hand them over to the receiving department for scanning, uploading to orders, and archiving. * Request credits where applicable and follow up. * Approve workflows. * Monitor shipments with unloading deadlines (special actions). * Evaluate carriers (SAP loading/unloading dates; procedure still pending verification). **Education, knowledge \& experience:** Intermediate or higher education, preferably technical, or 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. * Advanced logistics knowledge. * Advanced computer skills: Word and Excel at an advanced level; PowerPoint at a basic level; Internet and Outlook at an advanced level; advanced ERP MS Dyn. * Ability to engage in relatively complex professional conversations (oral and/or written) in English.
