Your performance will enable you to advance within the company, promoting you to Area or Regional Coordinator within a short period. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? · Acquisition and management of your client portfolio · Physical condition assessment and evaluation of individuals to be trained · Design of training routines and establishment of realistic goals · Rigorous monitoring of individuals you train and nutritional advice · Motivation of clients to achieve their goals What do we value for this position? · Higher education degree in Sports Science, CAFYD, or Dual Degree in Physical Therapy + CAFYD · Social skills and leadership abilities · Client orientation and goal achievement focus · Flexible working hours · No prior experience required What do we offer? · 20-hour workweek plus supplementary hours · Salary according to collective agreement plus incentives based on goal achievement · Genuine internal promotion (Club Coordinator, Zone Coordinator, Regional Coordinator) · Initial training provided by the company · Business management and marketing tools training Salary: Starting from €768 per month Benefits: * Gym access at the workplace * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
