Appreciation of initiative and interest in delivering high-quality work We are looking for cleaning staff for a center located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. Main responsibilities include general cleaning of various areas, such as restrooms, offices, auditoriums, and dining or classroom areas. Basic maintenance tasks will be carried out, including cleaning glass surfaces to remove fingerprints and managing waste. A site supervisor will oversee and assign daily tasks. Good mobility is required, along with the ability to perform moderate physical effort—such as lifting weights and standing for extended periods—as well as autonomy in carrying out assigned duties. This is a temporary contract, initially lasting six months, with the possibility of extension if the candidate performs well and meets the position’s requirements. Working hours are part-time, totaling fifteen hours per week. The schedule runs Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and Fridays from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM\. Remuneration follows the applicable collective bargaining agreement, with a gross monthly salary of €456.05 paid in fifteen installments. A certified disability or incapacity certificate is an essential requirement. Additionally, at least one year of prior experience in cleaning positions is required.
