This initiative leverages Pega Platform as the core technology to: * **Orchestrate and automate end\-to\-end workflows**, reducing manual steps and bottlenecks. * Implement **case management (Case Management/BPM)** for complex healthcare processes, ensuring traceability and lifecycle control. * Accelerate process delivery and evolution through a **low\-code approach**. * Integrate **AI-driven decision-making** and business logic into workflows where applicable (intelligent automation). **Location:** Spain (remote work) **Work mode:** 100% remote with **occasional on-site visits** to the client **Commitment:** 100% dedicated to this project **Duration:** Stable, long-term project (\+4 years) **Salary:** From €60\.000 gross/year (based on experience) **Language:** English NOT required **What you will do:** * Lead **end-to-end project management**: scope, planning, risks, dependencies, reporting, and steering committees. * Coordinate a **remote team of \+6 members** (functional and technical). * Lead **requirements elicitation and management**, prioritization, and traceability. * Ensure **healthcare process redesign and optimization**, and their implementation in the Pegasystems solution. **Requirements:** --------------- Senior profile with **\+5 years of experience as:** **Technical Project Lead / Senior Consultant / Functional Process Analyst with technical background.** Solid experience in: **Project Management / Team Management / Requirements Management / Scope Tracking.** Demonstrable experience in: * **Agile methodology** * **Process redesign / optimization projects** Experience in **healthcare or public administration projects** is highly valued.
