**We are seeking a Payroll and Human Resources Administration Technician with at least 5 years of experience and proficiency in A3Innuva Payroll to join our Human Resources team.** The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll management, employment contracting, social security administration, and tax obligations (Forms 111 and 190\), ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. **An indefinite-term contract is offered.** Key responsibilities: * Manage salary calculation and payment in accordance with current legislation * Process employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with Social Security * Manage sick leave, paternity leave, maternity leave, retirement, and work-related accidents * Process Social Security contributions and CRA (Annual Summary of Contributions) * Prepare employment contracts and settlement agreements (finiquitos) * Prepare tax filings (Forms 111 and 190\) * Perform general administrative tasks for the HR Department Mandatory requirements: * Proficiency in A3Innuva * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in HR administration and comprehensive payroll management * Proficiency in Excel * Rigor, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously Desirable: * English proficiency Employment type: Full-time Salary: €30,000.00\-€35,000.00 per year Work location: On-site
