




Job Summary: You will be responsible for managing daily labor-related activities, including payroll processing, tax filings, IRPF calculations, and employee registration and contracting procedures. Experience serving SME, self-employed, and domestic employee clients. 3. Experience in payroll calculation and labor advisory services. You will manage daily labor-related activities in Zaragoza. Your responsibilities include payroll preparation, back-payments, employment contracts, and monthly settlements; calculation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes; IRPF calculation; and employee registration and contracting procedures. Familiarity with company activation procedures at TGSS, the RED system, self-employed registrations and deregistrations, in-kind remuneration, and flexible management is highly valued. A permanent employment contract is offered, with working days from Monday to Friday, office hours featuring flexible start times between 8:00 and 9:00, and flexible end times between 18:00 and 19:00, including one hour for lunch. Reduced working hours during summer months (July and August) and every Friday throughout the year. 31 paid vacation days, a flexible compensation plan including medical insurance, and an annual salary of €24,000, negotiable based on qualifications. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience working at administrative consulting firms managing client portfolios comprising self-employed individuals and SMEs. * Experience serving SME and self-employed clients, as well as domestic employees. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as a labor administrator, including payroll calculation and labor advisory services. * Proficiency in SAGE software and advanced Excel knowledge. * Annual salary of €24,000, negotiable based on qualifications.
