This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as a **Passenger Agent** at our workplace in **Málaga**, and we want you to join our team! ### **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Serving customers and providing information on destinations, schedules, fares, etc., to deliver high-quality service * Managing reservation requests, ticket sales, and payments upon customer request. * Handling boarding procedures to issue tickets and boarding passes to passengers so they may board the vessel. * Performing daily personal cash register closing to reconcile the main cash register. * Preparing passenger lists to submit to various public authorities upon request. * Digitizing documentation for controlling passenger fare subsidies requested by public administrations. * Performing auxiliary administrative and operational tasks inherent to the role. **Working Hours:** Rotating morning / afternoon shifts ### **What Do We Offer You?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
