This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this recognition for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as a **Passenger Agent** at our workplace in **Ibiza**, and we want you to join our team! ### **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Providing customer service and delivering information on destinations, schedules, fares, etc., to ensure high-quality service * Managing reservation requests, ticket sales and collections upon customer request. * Handling boarding procedures to issue tickets and boarding passes enabling passengers to access the vessel. * Performing daily personal cash register closure to reconcile the general cash register * Generating passenger lists to submit to various public authorities upon request * Digitizing documentation for monitoring passenger fare subsidies requested by Public Administrations * Performing administrative and auxiliary operational tasks inherent to the role **Schedule:** Rotating morning or afternoon shifts ### **What Do We Offer You?** At Baleària, we value and support our team.
