We are seeking a parcel delivery driver for the Montcada i Reixac area. The working schedule can be either 30 or 38 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Sunday. Two or three days off per week are guaranteed. Each shift lasts eight and a half hours, beginning with vehicle loading at 10:00 AM; however, the exact timing varies depending on the daily route. Shifts are not fixed and are scheduled via a weekly roster. The base salary is €9.29 gross per hour, plus additional allowances and pro-rated vacation days. The contract is permanent discontinuous, with an initial period of three to four months. Immediate hiring is available, along with genuine job continuity. The company provides comprehensive training at the logistics center starting on day one. Daily activities begin at the logistics center, where the van is loaded with assigned parcels and the optimized route is received. Deliveries are then carried out in designated areas, managing direct interaction with customers. Throughout the shift, coordination with the team is maintained to report incidents, although the role is autonomous and allows drivers to manage their own pace within the assigned route. To perform this position, a valid driver’s license with at least one year of validity and eight points available is required. Prior delivery experience is valued but not mandatory.
