Operations Coordinator

Description

We are a growing transportation company with a solid track record in the logistics sector. We manage our own fleet and collaborate with external carriers, focusing on service quality, technology, and an excellent working environment. Main responsibilities * Daily planning and management of national transport routes. * Assignment of loads to our own fleet and partner carriers. * Monitoring of services and resolution of incidents. * Customer, driver, and supplier communication and support. * Optimization of routes, delivery times, and transportation costs. * Documentation management for transportation services. * Coordination with the administration department regarding invoicing and incidents. * Monitoring of driving hours and compliance with transport regulations. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a traffic operator or in a similar role. * Knowledge of the road freight transportation sector. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Proficiency in computer tools and transportation management software. * Good communication and negotiation skills. Preferred qualifications * Experience managing both owned and subcontracted fleets. * Familiarity with SAGE or other transportation management software. * Knowledge of ADR regulations or special transport requirements. * Catalan and English language skills.
