If you enjoy daily challenges and supporting people to achieve outstanding results, we want to meet you! **Your Mission** You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the center’s operational management safely, efficiently, and results-oriented—both for our team and our customers. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Lead and motivate your team, fostering a safe and committed work environment. * Coordinate daily operations, ensuring achievement of established objectives and KPIs. * Participate in recruitment, performance evaluation, and personnel development processes, contributing ideas for continuous improvement. * Support your team by providing guidance and assistance to achieve optimal results. * Monitor operational performance and share key information with the team. * Ensure compliance with procedures and work standards, contributing to continuous improvement. * Collaborate in internal and external audits, ensuring agreed-upon actions are implemented. * Support the team in adhering to safety regulations and help reduce or eliminate health- and operations-related risks. * Conduct basic on-site investigations of workplace incidents and report non-compliance issues related to safety regulations and procedures. **What We Are Looking For In You** * Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating teams or managing operations. * Secondary or higher education, or vocational training related to the field. * Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems efficiently. * Strong communication, impact, and influencing skills. * A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement. **Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?** We look forward to growing together!
