Ref. 152264 GC GCTPLUS ETT, SLU (Manresa) SANT LLORENÇ D´HORTONS, Alt Penedès INDEFINITE 10/06/2026 Job Description At GCTPlus Talent, we are recruiting an Offset Printing Operator (sheet-fed) for an established company in the graphic arts sector, specializing in offset and digital printing for the publishing industry. *️ Key Responsibilities Operate and supervise offset printing machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Prepare the machine: adjust plates, inks, and print registration. Conduct print tests and make necessary corrections to ensure color accuracy, sharpness, and alignment. Monitor printing parameters. Verify compliance with client technical specifications and quality standards. Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues or problems occurring during the process. Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery and the work area. Comply with industrial safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. ✅ Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in offset printing (preferably in the book publishing sector). Technical knowledge of KBA or Heidelberg press operation and adjustment. Ability to perform quality control and detect issues. Experience working rotating shifts.
