The company specializes in high-quality beachfront properties between Marbella and the New Golden Mile. To support our growing business, we are seeking a structured and reliable Office Manager / Sales Office Coordinator to coordinate administrative and organizational tasks in our sales office. Responsibilities General organization and coordination of administrative processes in the sales office Supporting the sales team with organizational and administrative tasks within the office Maintenance and management of leads, registrations, as well as customer and broker databases Processing and monitoring registration requests and emails received via the company website Maintaining and updating the company website, including texts, images, and unbranded web links Organizing and sending newsletters via Brevo, as well as supporting marketing campaigns Creating and managing project and construction site documentation Preparing for and following up on sales and editorial meetings, including drafting minutes Coordinating external service providers, such as cleaning companies for property viewings Organizing client details, such as gift baskets or preparing property viewings Monitoring and maintaining property listings on real estate portals like Idealista and other resale platforms General office management tasks, as well as comprehensive use of standard office software to support daily operations What we offer A dynamic and friendly work environment in a growing project development company on the Costa del Sol A full-time position (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 The opportunity to work in a professional environment and collaborate with real estate agencies and clients from various countries A modern and well-organized workplace with clear processes and responsibilities Diverse tasks combining administrative coordination, marketing support, and operational organization The opportunity to be part of a growing company with premium real estate projects on the Costa del Sol **Essential requirement for the position: fluency in German, English, and Spanish** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
