Description
**MISSION**
We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-friendly maintenance professional who ensures the building’s daily proper operation and coordinates external technical suppliers. This is a versatile profile capable of handling both technical tasks and organizational and managerial responsibilities.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the building.
* Manage facility incidents: detection, direct resolution when possible, or escalation to the relevant supplier, with follow-up until closure.
* Organize and supervise preventive maintenance: review of scheduling, coordination of interventions with external suppliers, and control of work reports and associated documentation.
* Continuously collaborate with the Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) department to implement defined corrective measures and actions in the building, collecting and keeping maintenance documentation, inspections, and other requested records up to date.
* Manage regulatory inspections (OCA) and related corrective actions.
* Organize and supervise inventory, as well as manage the general maintenance warehouse.
* Perform basic fleet vehicle maintenance (e.g., inspections, fluid levels, cleaning, etc.).
Minimum Requirements
**Requirements**
* Prior experience in building, residential community, hotel, logistics center, or corporate office maintenance.
* Preferred education: Vocational Training (FP) in Installation and Maintenance, Electricity, or equivalent, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
* Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and masonry for simple repairs.
* Basic proficiency in office software (email, Excel, and Word at user level) to log incidents, maintain records, and coordinate tasks.
* Organized, responsible, proactive, autonomous, and strongly service-oriented.
Salary: €20,000.00–€24,000.00 per year
