We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral focus, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking an **Office Administrator** to join our office in Seville. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing end-to-end documentation and providing related support for the various projects assigned to the office. * Managing and reviewing client documentation, and supporting the documentation management activities of the Electrical Engineering Department. * Certifying completed work on the relevant platforms. * Monitoring and tracking ongoing administrative processes. * Performing standard administrative duties associated with the position, as well as any other support tasks required by the department and the office. **Required profile:** * Intermediate or higher vocational training in administration and/or training in electricity. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with technical documentation management. * Teamwork skills and proactive attitude. **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career plan. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year and three days off during summer (July/August).
