Description

Through Nascor Formació, we are seeking various child care monitors for babysitting services. About the project: We are looking for a professional to provide occasional, proximity-based, in-home childcare services outside school hours. The main objective of this initiative is to support families—especially women facing time constraints—enabling them to balance work, rest, leisure, and personal care. \- In-home attention, care, and accompaniment for children registered and residing in any municipality of Pallars Sobirà. \- Activity facilitation and personalized attention during the afternoon hours. \- This service specifically targets: \- Children aged 4 months to 11 years. \- Children with disabilities up to 14 years of age. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Demonstrable experience in childcare and activity facilitation. * Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification. * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced). * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced). * Competencies / knowledge: \- Training in Early Childhood Education, Social Integration, Leisure Management/Monitoring, or demonstrable experience in childcare. \- Possession of a personal vehicle or ability to travel across municipalities within the region. \- Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and vocation for working with children. \- Sensitivity to gender perspective and equal opportunities. * Vehicle availability. * Driving license: B. * Temporary employment contract (1 month). * Part-time afternoon schedule (20 hours — fixed and periodic discontinuous nature). * Other relevant information: Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 20:00 (20 hours/week). Start date: To be determined. \- Employment contract type: fixed-discontinuous. \- Participation in a socially valuable project with positive territorial impact. \- Salary: €10.96 gross per hour.
