Job Summary: We are seeking a Zone Manager to energize and retain a portfolio of pharmacies, maximizing the visibility of communication campaigns and developing brands and products. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of a pharmacy portfolio and brand development. 2. Privileged liaison for laboratory communications. 3. Execution of merchandising and visibility activities in pharmacies. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** Your primary mission will be: * Visiting a targeted portfolio of pharmacies every four weeks, according to pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratories’ lists, to implement their communication campaigns, develop their brands and products, and improve the pharmacy’s sell-out. * Serving as the pharmacist’s privileged liaison for laboratory communications. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: * Merchandising Activities: optimizing shelf space, rearranging shelves, gondola headers, counter displays, and theatricalization. * Visibility activities in shop windows. * Cleaning and applying customized stickers to pharmacy shop windows. * Visibility and promotional operations: theatricalization, gondola headers, shelf optimization, and counter displays. * Daily reporting of activities, including qualitative photographs of executed actions. * Maintaining and expanding the available locations network for partner laboratories’ communications. **Profile:** We seek an authentic Zone Manager capable of energizing and retaining their pharmacy portfolio to maximize the visibility of our clients’ communication initiatives.
