Job Summary: We are seeking a regional manager to energize and retain a portfolio of pharmacies by implementing communication campaigns, developing brands, and improving sell-out performance, while acting as the privileged liaison. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and energize a portfolio of pharmacies to maximize visibility 2. Serve as the privileged liaison between pharmacists and laboratories 3. Carry out merchandising and visibility activities in pharmacies **Main Functions and Responsibilities** Your primary mission will be: * Visit a targeted portfolio of pharmacies every four weeks, according to pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratories’ lists, to implement their communication campaigns, develop their brands and products, and improve pharmacy sell-out. * Serve as the privileged liaison between pharmacists and laboratories for communication purposes. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: * Merchandising activities: highlighting shelf space, reshuffling shelf layouts, gondola headers, counter displays, and theatricalization. * Visibility activities in shop windows. * Cleaning and applying custom adhesive stickers to pharmacy shop windows. * Visibility and promotional operations: theatricalization, gondola headers, highlighting shelf space, counter displays. * Daily reporting of activities, including qualitative photographs of implemented actions. * Maintaining and developing the available placement network for partner laboratories’ communications. **Profile:** We seek an authentic regional manager capable of energizing and retaining their pharmacy portfolio to maximize the visibility of our clients’ communication initiatives.
