Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the execution, assembly, installation, and commissioning of mechanical works and equipment in infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

We are **IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL**, an engineering services company primarily operating in the electrical, civil works, renewable energy, environmental, and legalization sectors.
We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral focus, active across key infrastructure and energy domains.
We are currently recruiting a **Mechanical Supervisor** for infrastructure and civil works projects located in the **EBRO – PYRENEES** regions.
##### **What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Supervise mechanical work execution on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
* Monitor the assembly, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
* Verify proper execution of works by contractors, subcontractors, and field technical teams.
* Supervise schedules, resources, and physical progress of mechanical works.
* Review technical documentation, mechanical drawings, specifications, and assembly procedures.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including material control, incidents, and deviations.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities.
* Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.) to guarantee seamless integration of on-site works.
**What are we looking for?**
* University or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Over 5 years of experience supervising mechanical works in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
* Experience in assembling equipment, piping, steel structures, and/or electromechanical installations.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
* Experience coordinating contractors and subcontractors on site.
* Willingness to reside at the project location and work full-time on site (Vall d'Aran, Seu d'Urgell, and Pallars Sobirà – Province of Lleida).
