ATTENTION: WE ARE OPENING POSITIONS! **CODELCA**, a company specializing in installations and renovations, is seeking to incorporate into its team: **QUALIFIED MASON AND ASSISTANT MASON**. **Main responsibilities:** · Performing general masonry work for both private residences and industrial facilities. · Surface preparation, demolition, debris removal, and cutting grooves/chases for installation routing. · Partition wall construction, installation of door frames, wall plastering, finishing, and cement/gypsum work. · Tiling and flooring (installation of tiles, ceramic floor tiles, and pavements). · Assisting in the assembly and finishing of masonry supports for installations (plumbing, heating, etc.). · Comprehensive maintenance and minor masonry repairs. · Site visits and customer advisory services. **Required qualifications:** · At least 3 years of experience in masonry and renovation work for qualified masons; 1–3 years for assistant masons. **Desirable qualifications:** · Experience in installing and assembling laminated gypsum board systems (Pladur) — e.g., partition walls, drywall backing, and suspended ceilings — is highly valued. · Knowledge of and proficiency with various materials (mortars, plasters, ceramics, etc.) and trade-specific tools. · **A current, construction/masonry-specific PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course is highly valued.** · Strong manual dexterity and tool-handling skills. · Responsible, orderly, organized individual with self-management ability and teamwork skills. · Prior experience in the renovation and installation sector is highly valued. · Immediate availability. · Willingness to travel temporarily according to project locations. · Valid Class B driver’s license. · Residence within the area (non-exclusive). **We offer:** · Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. · Direct employment contract with the company; stable position. · **Intensive working hours: Monday to Thursday until 5:30 PM, Friday until 2:00 PM.** · Opportunity for overtime and internal career growth. · Travel allowance. · Possibility of immediate hiring. · Company vehicle for travel to job sites. · Positive work environment as part of a modern, forward-thinking company.
