**Description:**
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning, production, and execution of campaigns and materials across various retail locations. You will work closely with internal multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers to ensure that graphic productions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and commercial architecture projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget—guaranteeing in-store impact.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Production management and tracking: Supervise that graphic productions and POS supports are ready on time and to specification to ensure correct campaign implementation in stores.
* Commercial architecture and store openings: Coordinate and implement permanent materials and visual elements for new openings, renovations, and retail events.
* Incident management and continuous improvement: Monitor in-store implementations, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize production and installation process efficiency.
* Order and budget management: Approve and manage store orders, supporting logistics, deliveries, cost control, and supplier management.
* Inventory management: Maintain up-to-date inventories of supports, advertising materials, and POS items.
* Coordination and relationship management: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Stores), agencies, and external suppliers (printing, carpentry, signage, etc.).
**What we’re looking for:**
* Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Development Engineering, Interior/Ephemeral Design, or a related technical field (complementary education in Marketing/Retail is a plus).
* #### **Hard Skills:**
+ Materials and commercial architecture: Knowledge of permanent materials (wood, metal, acrylic, etc.) and commercial architecture supports for store openings and renovations.
+ Printing and graphic production processes: Technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and printing techniques for retail campaigns and graphics.
+ Supplier, cost, and timeline management: Experience in negotiation, delivery schedule tracking, budget control, and technical/printer supplier management.
+ Professional experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles related to retail production, POS, or in-store implementation.
+ Languages: English at B2 level minimum. *(Portuguese is a plus)*.#### **Soft Skills (Key Competencies)**
