Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for general building and facility maintenance, performing basic repairs and other conservation tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Part-time position with morning working hours Personnel are required to carry out general maintenance tasks in buildings and facilities. Duties include basic plumbing, electrical, masonry, and painting repairs, among other tasks. General maintenance knowledge, minor repairs, gardening, and cleaning skills are required. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. Prior training and experience in maintenance and DIY tasks will be valued. This is a temporary part-time employment contract of 30 hours per week. Working hours will be from 8:00 to 14:00. Salary and labor conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for Geriatric Facilities in the Principality of Asturias.
