Job Summary: We are seeking a residential maintenance professional to perform repairs, painting, inspections, and renovation support, ensuring apartments remain in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Multifaceted role in residential maintenance and support for renovations. 2. Responsibility for preventive maintenance and incident resolution. 3. Main Responsibilities: * Apartment incident repair: * Faucets, toilets, showers, and basic plumbing. * Replacement of sockets, light bulbs, and minor electrical work. * Adjustment of doors, windows, shutters, and locks. * Assembly of furniture and minor carpentry tasks. * Painting and finishing: * Full apartment painting. * Repair of surface damage and superficial moisture issues. * Application of fillers and wall repairs. * Apartment inspections: * Inspect apartments after guest check-out. * Identify defects before new guest arrivals. * Inventory and equipment control. * Renovation support: * Coordination with suppliers and tradespeople. * Receipt of materials. * Monitoring of construction work. * Preventive maintenance: * Periodic inspection of water heaters, air conditioning units, and household appliances. * Replacement of light bulbs, silicone seals, gaskets, and wear-prone components. Requirements: * Proven experience in residential maintenance. * Knowledge of painting, plumbing, and basic electricity. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to work autonomously. * Professional appearance and courteous interaction with guests and property owners. * Use of WhatsApp to report incidents with photographs. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in tourist apartments. * Knowledge of plasterboard (Pladur) systems. * Proficiency with power tools. * Experience coordinating small work teams. Job Objectives: * Resolve 90% of incidents without outsourcing. * Maintain apartments in perfect condition for guests. * Reduce maintenance costs and response times. * Execute small-scale improvement and renovation projects. Salary: €1,300.00–€1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
