We are seeking a maintenance technician to join the team responsible for maintaining facilities across several workplaces in Alcobendas, Villaverde, and Villalba (Community of Madrid). The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective building maintenance, ensuring that all systems operate correctly. Duties include low- and medium-voltage electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and fault management via a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The candidate will also perform general maintenance tasks and travel between sites using a company vehicle. We seek a candidate with at least one year of experience in comprehensive building maintenance, a medium or higher vocational qualification in a technical field (or equivalent experience), a valid driver's license, and the ability to work autonomously. Candidates who are responsible, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service are especially valued. The position is offered under a temporary, full-time contract.
