We are seeking a technician with expertise in various maintenance areas, including electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and locksmithing. The selected candidate must be available to attend our facilities for two hours daily, Monday through Friday. Alternatively, these hours may be accumulated over two or three days per week, depending on the candidate's schedule. Prior training and experience in the sector will be positively considered. Performing the duties requires a personal vehicle and a Class B driver's license. Self-employment (freelance) is an option, with remuneration equivalent to the annual cost of a full-time employment contract for 10 hours per week; alternatively, an employment contract under applicable collective bargaining agreement is also available. Onboarding is expected within 15 days to one month following the interview. We offer a part-time arrangement with flexible working hours.
