We are looking for a **TECHNICAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL** to perform a variety of specific maintenance tasks and ensure that all public areas, guest rooms, and other hotel zones are maintained and presented impeccably. **Mission:** Ensure the proper operation, correct repair, maintenance, and preservation of all hotel facilities, infrastructure, and equipment. **What will your responsibilities be?** \- Familiarity with different materials and their locations within corresponding construction units. \- Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as well as collective protective measures. \- Execution of tasks with optimal material utilization; under the supervision of the Head of SSTT, carry out appropriate maintenance or renovation works, managing and distributing materials efficiently. \- Measurement of completed work. Submit a report on completed and ongoing tasks to the Head of SSTT. \- Maintenance and chlorination of all hotel swimming pools. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in this position. \- Completion of a swimming pool maintenance course. \- Completion of a Legionella prevention course. \- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic TPV (Point-of-Sale) systems. \- Training in quality service management within the hospitality industry. \- Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team. \- English language proficiency. \- Additional languages are considered an advantage. \- Availability for full-time employment. **Profile:** \- We seek a proactive individual committed to delivering flawless service, accustomed to teamwork, highly responsible, and strongly oriented toward quality. **What do we offer?** \- Permanent contract. \- Full-time position.
