If you are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and eager to join a solid project, we want to meet you! **Location and Upcoming Relocation** * **Current location:** Fuenlabrada, Madrid. * **Future location:** Av. de la Industria 38, 28823 Coslada, Madrid (Relocation scheduled for mid-2026\). **Your Main Responsibilities** We seek an all-rounder profile responsible for: * **Plumbing:** Repairing basic faults, faucets, sanitary ware, and unclogging. * **Electrical work:** Preventive and corrective maintenance of basic electrical installations, replacement of lighting fixtures and switches. * **General maintenance:** Painting, minor masonry repairs, and upkeep. **Minimum Requirements** * Proven experience of at least **2\-3 years** in similar positions (comprehensive building or industrial facility maintenance). * Solid and practical knowledge of **electrical systems and plumbing**. * Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks. * Proactive individual with an excellent service attitude. * Valid type B driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability for nationwide travel.
