Mainframe Functional Analyst SELTIME, a Spanish company undergoing expansion, is a leader in delivering tailored technological solutions for each client and providing personalized support to our technical staff. **We are seeking:** A Mainframe Functional Analyst with experience in COBOL development environments and knowledge of the insurance sector, to join a stable, long-term project. If you have experience analyzing functional requirements, participating in Mainframe application development, and working in IBM environments, we would like to meet you. **Requirements:** * More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst. * Experience with VisualAge Generator (VAG). * COBOL development. * Proficiency with RDz (Rational Developer for z Systems). * Experience with JCL and MVS utilities. * Experience in RD T development and testing environments. * Knowledge of the CICS transaction manager. * Experience with DB2 databases. * Functional knowledge of insurance-sector applications. * Functional knowledge of financial applications or systems with financial interfaces. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in Mainframe application modernization projects. * Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Experience working under agile methodologies. * Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
