Opportunities for professional development in logistics and warehousing Temporary Position **We offer:** ============= Perform material handling (loading/unloading), storage, replenishment, and product servicing in the dispatch warehouse. This position requires working in a dynamic environment managed through technological systems. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Use horizontal and vertical internal transport equipment to handle goods. * Carry out material and product placement and loading operations following procedures established by the supervisor. * Perform replenishment operations at supply locations and assembly lines following established procedures. * Prepare shipments of machinery and accessories orders. * Implement maintenance and safety measures. * Perform vehicle loading and unloading operations. * Any other duties consistent with the professional group or lower-level groups, or other duties assigned by the supervisor. **Education, Knowledge & Experience:** * Logistics and warehouse-related education is desirable. * For senior profile: minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in warehouse management. For junior profile: 0 months to 2 years. * Education: Primary education / EGB / ESO / PQPI or equivalent. * Valid front-end and retractable forklift license and demonstrable experience in its use. * Office software user-level proficiency. **Competencies & Skills:** * Structured, organized, and methodical individual. * Customer-oriented. * Proactive and solution-oriented individual. **Functions and Responsibilities Related to the Integrated Management System:** **Quality** Comply with quality performance requirements and support continuous improvement of internal processes. Ensure compliance with contractual and quality requirements associated with processes as defined in Process Sheets, Subprocesses, Instructions, or any other documents specified in the System documentation. Collaborate in identifying and resolving incidents. Report relevant management nonconformities to the Quality & Environmental Coordinator. **Environmental:** Comply with environmental performance requirements and good HSE practices in office environments. Segregate waste generated in office areas. **Health and Safety:** Use and enforce the use of required PPE in designated zones and tasks, especially when entering workshop or warehouse areas. Prevent and control job-related risks according to the risk assessment.
