Your Opportunity We are looking for a Logistics Operations Supervisor in Noblejas (Toledo) to lead a key logistics operation. What will you do? * Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure achievement of established targets. * Coordinate and manage warehouse operational teams. * Monitor correct execution of logistics and operational processes. * Manage incidents and ensure operational continuity. * Use management tools such as Excel, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and SAP for activity tracking and control. * Report KPIs and operational progress to the area manager. What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics supervision roles. * Experience managing teams of at least 10 people. * Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of WMS and SAP. * Forklift operator license valid and in good standing (desirable). * Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven individual.
