




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional for administrative management, international logistics, and assistance to the Export Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. International contract and invoicing management 2. Logistics coordination and incident resolution 3. Assistance to the Export Manager and travel management **1\. BACK OFFICE** * Drafting contracts and managing signatures * Obtaining signed CDCs * Entering contract invoices and closing contracts to enable invoicing * Countries: Primarily Europe, but also Asia and North America **2\. LOGISTICS:** * Managing contract pickups: coordinating carrier, buyer, and seller; verifying documents; tracking payments; rapidly and effectively resolving incidents **3\.
