A transportation and logistics company located in Castellón is seeking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to strengthen its operations team. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable individual with experience in coordinating transportation services and managing daily operational activities. Main responsibilities \* Planning and coordination of transportation routes. \* Management and tracking of shipments and deliveries. \* Daily coordination with drivers, customers, and suppliers. \* Resolution of operational incidents and customer service. \* Optimization of resources and control of operational costs. \* Monitoring of service indicators and on-time performance. \* Documentation management related to logistics and transportation activities. \* Collaboration with traffic, administration, and commercial departments. Requirements \* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Traffic Manager, or in a similar role. \* Education in Transportation, Logistics, International Trade, or Administration. \* Familiarity with logistics management and office productivity tools. \* Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. \* Communication and teamwork abilities.
