If you want to join us and become part of an outstanding team, this is the place for you! **What will be your mission and main responsibilities?** Ensure the production process is correctly executed and coordinate the personnel carrying it out. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Start-up of production lines. * Startup and verification of all machines comprising the lines. * Knowledge of customer specifications. * Knowledge of farms, packaging formats, and varieties. * Verify that, prior to the start of production, all operators are at their stations with their machines running. * Direct and fluent communication with all operators on the lines. * Monitor orders throughout the production process. * Carry out order changes. * Ensure timely commencement of production, with required materials available and coordination with forklift operators supplying the lines. * Verify all aspects related to order completion, including box counts, correct labeling, and palletizing. * SAP knowledge of production order transactions. * Familiarity with the functions of Objective and Serfruit display screens. * Control of production reports (statistical sheets). * Responsible for training new hires, including line supervisors, new sorters, graders, packers, and handlers.
